ACRO is a combination of artistic gymnastics, tumbling, partner stunting and choreography set to music. The athletes tell a story with their performances, while capturing the audience’s attention with thrilling dynamic and graceful balance skills.  Athletes perform balance holds, hand balancing, pyramids, tosses and catches with their teammates.  This class has opportunities to perform at various recitals and showcases throughout the year. They also receive skill ribbons for mastering individual and partner skills.
