As you know, “it takes a village to raise a child.”  The healthiest villages develop community and togetherness in order to support the growth of the next generation.  Since our passion is be part of your child raising tribe we believe communicating to you and you communicating to us about your child’s educational experience is vitally important.  In order to accomplish this vital goal we have a few ways to foster this goal.

Spot TV

  • Spot TV is an online live viewing platform for you to see your child when he or she is in the Little Diamonds classroom.
  • This highly secure platform exceeds industry security compliance standards.
  • Parents love Spot TV.
  • Currently this platform is only available in the Little Diamonds classroom, but will eventually expand to other areas of the facility.

Brightwheel

  • We use brightwheel to create an amazing classroom community. 
  • Brightwheel is an app that allows us to share your child’s exciting learning adventure with you. 
  • Students love to show their parents their work through the app.
  • This technology creates a connection between the student, parent and teacher that inspires confidence and celebration.

Communication Check In

  • We absolutely love telling you how awesome your child has been doing. 
  • It is so important for you to know about their daily achievements. 
  • Please feel free to communicate with the director or your child’s teacher if you have any questions. 
  • We are here to help and support you in the raising your child. 

Assessments

  • We believe that it is important to be aware of your child’s achievements and communicate this progress on a regular basis. 
  • Each child learns and grows in their own unique way. 
  • Our assessments are focused on supporting your child’s unique growth path. 
  • We love to celebrate the individual progress of every student because it develops their confidence, courage and a growth mindset to conquer any challenge they may face.

Your Awesome Child

  • We try to send home notes on occasion to let you know uniquely awesome things your child did during the day.
  • Celebrating your child is so important to all of us creating a great learning community.
  • We love the smiles we see when your child is celebrated, especially celebrated by you.

Customer Service

  • We have a dedicated customer service team to help answer your questions.
  • The customer service team is available 9am to 7pm.
  • The online parent portal allows you access to your account at any time.

Tour
